FALSE ADVERTISING

Hi there,

I applied for an insurance quote for my vehicle from Outsurance twice, and they could better my current insurance premium on both occasions.

I was informed by radio advertising and TV that when this happens there is a R400 rebate that or they can offer a lower premium.

On both occasions I quoted the advertising of this offer. I was told that I would receive an email with a link.

This never happened.

I assure you that I don't actually care about the R400.. I just don't think its right to not do what you say!
