My credit card with ABSA was paid off in December 2009 and I received a paid up letter. Today I received a text message that the account is overdue and outstanding. Your Rude customer Service Lady did not want to hear my side of the story, Telling me that I need to know the name of the company I paid to. I informed her I paid into my ABSA card, she started telling me that I am overdue. Please inp[rove your customer service.

This is very dishonest of your company that I paid and the account is not settled on your side. Four years later Im expected to remeber who I spoke to and she said she will not help me.
