Dear Stanlib,

I purchased my house ten years ago; unfortunately, the previous owners did not leave me with a forwarding address.

So, when statements started arriving for these previous owners, I began returning them to the Post Office, clearly marked as Return To Sender.

This continued throughout the following years - once, i even put an RTS-stamped letter into Stanlib's mailbox in Melrose Arch. But the statements continued to come to me.

Recently, I decided to open one of the statements, and was horrified. I now have complete details - name, ID Number, Bank Account Number - for someone who is not me.

Stanlib, if this is how you safeguard your clients' accounts, you will never, ever have me as a customer.
