Giving my wife a loan without my concern

I am complaining about african bank that gave my wife a loan without my concern as national credit act say. I went to the branches for this quiry l dont get help. Others told me that they have a clause asking my wife about me knowing about the loan and she said yes thou l am not happy about that because the law says you seller call the husband and get the permission from him. I fail to understand why this thi happened. Where the law apply or is working on seller advantage. I called the consumer advocate but l did not get thru.
