BAD Attitude towards incorrect procedures

I have been banking with fnb for 7 months and it is!
I have requested numerous timmes for a debit order stop to be implemented on my account and had to go back several times cause it was still deducted and then The manager Wendy revereses it, I had a Smart account and upgraded in June to a Gold cheque acc. The consultant being FAITh had not double checked the account status and have not reverted the billing to be R 79 p/m but instead to PAY as YOU USE, It has cost me several Hundred of RANDs and now that I picked it up this Jaydee is so Rude - She filled in a depute form for R 209.10 but it is more than R 1500.00 in bank fees - I have even failed to get a smart phone cause the account is in a messShe says all the senior managers is in a meeting in JHb - so no one can assist- I have dealth with very Friendly ladies in Cape town (long street branch) Zulfa and Audrey and they assured me that they will keep me posted- Audrey actually called me and was very very polit and apologetic-- Jaydee will make that FNB go bankrupt with her RUDENESS
