This is the worst services that I have ever experience from any company. The company which I have worked for got liquidated last month thus resulting into me not receiving any salary, one of the consultants (Nicolene) have contacted me, I explained to her the situation she told me she will give me till the end of the month (August 2013). Today some money was transferred to my account by new employer, when I logged into FNB online it showed that a available balance, only to realise after filling up my vehicle that my card keeps on getting declined, after an hour on the phone I was told that my account was put on hold and that NO ONE can take it off except NICOLENE!!!

No one informed us about the on hold, no one, now please tell me if you think we have good smelling techniques, to know that the account was put on hold

No please explain to me how FNB works that you would leave your clients stranded because one of your consultants (NICOLENE) has decided that a 9am to 5pm work day is to long and that she needs to leave early???

Thanks for the exceptional bad service this has top the log for anyone
Will definitely be looking for another bank
