ONCE AGAIN I AM HERE TO COMPLAIN ON THE LACK OF SERVICE FROM YOU. I CALL AND HOLD FOR 5 MIN AND THE CALL CUTS OFF OR DROPPED.
MY E MAILS AND CALLS ARE NOT RESPONDED TO.
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE AMOUNT THAT IS BEING DEBITED OFF MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY, THE AMOUNT CHANGES MONTHLY.
I AM A PENSIONER AND ITS EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO KEEP CALLING AND TO GET NO RESPONSE.
I AM FRUSTRATED AND HOPE I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY BUT ITS TOO LATE NOW AS I HAVE HAD THESE POLICIES FOR A LONG TIME.
ITS A SHAME THAT COMPANIES LIKE YOURS SPEND SO MUCH ON ADVERTISING AND YET DO SO LITTLE TO ASSIST CLIENTS.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS TO SORT THIS OUT.
