Robbed by FNB of my monthly living money

I am a pensioner who get less than R2000. per month. I started working on a month to month basis make end mead. Then today going through my bank Statemant I received today, I noticed that there was three (3) deduction named 'naedo collection' for 'Smartfligh' that I now nothing about. DEDUCTION DATE AND AMOUNT AND REF; (1.) 31/07/2013 R199.00 Ref. 61138198 ---- 31/07/2013 R199.00 Ref. 61277589. AND (2.) 01/08/2013 R250.00 Ref. 61476102 ---- 01/08/2013 R250.00 Ref. 61728952. AND (3.) 12/08/2013 R250.00 Ref. 62218889 ---- 12/08/2013 R250.00 Ref. 62482030. I know my deductions and they are not any of my monthly deductions. I want it cancelled and how can I get my money back? I hope that you can help me.
