12:00 and almost 120 complaints already

Can you believe that it is just before 12:00 and there are already almost 120 complaints about ABSA today alone. Surely this tells you something ABSA? You need to step up your game and start providing a service. No wonder it takes so long for you to give feedback.

I am still waiting for further feedback about my previous complaint.
