Where the "beep" is the money

My wife had taken out one of those monthly loans, where the amount is deducted from the account automatically after one's salary is paid in at month-end. In the middle of the month my wife gets a deposit into her account, FNB thinks this is her salary, and takes all her funds out. Phone calls proved useless, Clearwater Mall branch were even less helpful, and we are getting nowhere
