What a waste of my time!!!

I contacted PPS some time back to determine if what they were offering was in fact cheaper than the policy I am on. I was told yes it was and a mere medical is all that was needed. To my horror, a condition (which I have no history of or indication that I may get) was excluded - even after my protests and explanation of why I had the sonar and providing proof thereof - the decision was the same. Makes one wonder whether underwriters are medically trained? I declined the counter offer where the condition is excluded. What a waste of my time and energy!
