I was 1 of 3 cars involved in an accident in March 2012. I personally believe that time taken to resolve this and for me to get back my excess has been ridiculous. I've provided everything that I needed to but I've had to hear excuse after excuse about missing information from other parties. The claim officer has also changed since the beginning and that has also stretched this all out. I'd really like to be the one not having to always follow up for information and instead be given updates from MiWay. I've been appalled by how this has all been done.
