I have lodged 3 complaints last year about the same department and Absa did not do much to resolve it so I'm doubtful it will be any better this time around.
Last year I complained about how bad the service of the House Building Insurance was and subsequently it took me more than 3 months to try and cancelled the Insurance Policy.
Friday I received an letter with updated increases of 6% on this House Building insurance that I do NOT even own anymore. Needless to say I lodged a complaint as this policy was already cancelled 9 months ago.
Today I was told to redo the paperwork as a signature is not good enough and I must only initial the pages.
So for goodness sake in what era to you live.
1. a Signature is more valid than a initial
2. Why should I fix YOUR mistakes
3. Absa is really incompetent in solving errors
Lets see if I will get any help as it seems that does not apply to ABSA
