False Advertising by Outsurance

In December my son called Outsurance to see if they could better his current insurance, as he is trying to bring down his monthly expenses. After a lengthy conversation, the young lady told him there was no way that they could beat what he is currently paying for his insurance.. She never mentioned the R400 he would receive if they could not beat his current insurance, which they so widely advertise. When I insisted he ask her about this, she told him it was such an involved process that he should not even bother to claim it. He insisted he wanted to claim his R400 as his case was genuine, so she said she would send him a link on his phone to follow to claim the R400. She never ever did. He never heard from her again. What a lot of baloney. They just want new business but do not live up to their very much aired advertising campaign. My opinion, just another to get people to call them. I am currently an outsurance client, but not for much longer. I prefer to deal with ethical companies.
