My premium increased by 34% and I was informed that it was because I submitted a claim. I spoke to a consultant Mandla to whom I explained that I thought the increase was excessive considering the claim was not as a result of any negligence on my part. He was most helpful and understanding and "bent over backwards" to assist me. The result? my premium was reduced to its previous level. Such professionalism deserves to be acknowledged and Outsurance will have my business forever. Doug Lynch.
