Wasting my Time

I first emailed an inquiry regarding how much I would be charged for insurance. A guy called from there and I went through everything with him, telling him I don't have insurance YET and I had got a quote from 1st for woman (which were FANTASTIC FYI). After everything and giving him the same information I gave 1st for woma, he quoted me over R470 for the same thing!!! So i told him that 1st for woman quoted me R294.17!!! So after confirming that he couldn't beat that quote, I asked him about the R400 claim! He very quickly told me I do not qualify for it!!! Then why isn't that stated on the BIG adverts everywhere???
