I was being assisted by Mary van Eeden, from Indwe Claims and Underwriting Centre
my dad was in an accident more than a month ago and the service we received from the company was pathetic, we were 1st told that they will send an accessor to access the vehicle, which I have emails as proof, when mary called and I tried to explain that to her she said "can u just keep quiet and listen" I was at work at that time she was shouting to such a level that everyone around heard the conversation, she also said that my dad spoke so fast that she couldn't understand, but im sure it was her job to try and listen to her client or at least ask him to repeat, I feel very INSULTED by the way she spoke. She also said that all the information we received previously was incorrect, and she doesn't want to know about it as the person who 1st assisted us gave us incorrect information, and that does not concern her. I suggest that a call recording be pulled out for the call made yesterday. 07 august 2013 bet 9:45 - 10:15.
Im expecting a reply from someone immediately, I can take her and company to the OMBUDSMAN for discrimination!!!
