So sick of being Harassed by Unprofessionals

I took out a contract with Bayport in November last year, received damaged phones for the second time, reported the matter, had no joy, wasted more money and petrol having to try and resolve the matter myself, phoned them on numerous occasions to collect their phones and I wonder what next, well the only thing left to do is contact my attorney and proceed with legal action against Bayport Financial Services. I have referred the matter to the National Consumer Commission and they are busy handling my matter as Bayport refuses to help, I will also be referring the complaint to the Consumer Goods Council as I refuse to pay for something that I cannot use. Despite informing Bayport of this, they continue to harass me for payment. I have used the phones for a short period but then it became unacceptable, how can I pay for two years for a phone that freezes, is peeling, internet does not work, facebook does not work. I'm sick and tired of this and feel that other consumers should also contact the National Consumer Commission so further action can be taken against Bayport Financial Services for customers. This is pure unfair practice!!!
