Never take a loan with them

Loan with Capitec while i was making my payments i got hijacked and lost my car during that period i had just found out i am pregenant when i took out the loan i was a commission earner and because of the trauma i went true during my hijacking i lost out on commission and i was hospitalised on end. A lady from Capitecs collectors came to my work place after i was not making payments and she had a letter of demand with her she asked me to sigh the letter and made me agree to paying R1600 on the loan i told the lady my sitaution she then said i would get arrested if i did not sigh because i did not make payments for so long .i sighed the letter of demand she then said i could call the call centre and ask to reduce the instalment, cause at the time it was a month and i was going on my maternity and i would only earn 75% of ny basic, the call centre agents refused and said i need to pay that instalment i then saw a garnishee going off my salary which o never agreed to only to find when i requested the documents i sighed they forged my signiture on the sec 58, since i have tried for them to help me, my positon is far worse i could not make rent payments i moved out i cannot even buy food
