Misleading a customer for personal gain

I took out a loan at african bank for a total of R16000 . The consultant then told me that I HAVE to split it 2 ways by receiving some cash and having some on loaded onto a credit card. That was the only way I would obtain this loan. 2 payments are then made every month totaling to R1124. I have gone to the branch and I found out that they receive commission when a customer agrees to this. I've told them I'm finding it hard to make these payments and they have done nothing but offer me another loan. I've ask them. To combine the 2 and rework the payment and period but not even that can be done. I find this unfair because I've been mislead since the start and now they not even willing to compromise. I earn R4500 a month I cannot afford such a high payment.
