Epair of car involved in an accident on 29 April

I had an accident on 26/04/13 in my Jeep Compass. im insured with Mutual & Federal through Henri Gryzenhout Makelaars (HGM) brokers. after the accident i called M&F told them about the accident and asked who is approved to move my vehicle. A1 assist were authorised to move my car and towed it to Premier Autobody. HGM sent an assessor Va Va Voom Motor assessor to Premier and gave a quote. i received a courtesy car which i drove from29/04/13 till 29/0513. on 27/05/13 i sent an email to Corrie to inform her that Premier says the parts have not been received as yet. i called Premier to as if they are jeep approved dealership the told me they are not. i alerted HGM on this and they told me they had no idea, then i insisted my car be moved to an approved dealerhsip which they did to Sanrose Autobody in midrand. on 5/08/13 Malanie (Sanrose) telling me my car is in assembly bay and i might get it soon. 7/08/13 Malanie said they are missing a handle on my car when i asked if i can come take the car and they can order the handle ill bring back the car when the handle arives i was told Sanrose also found that the lock system is tempred with nw they need documents to prove the car is mine.
