Delaying claim payout after 8 weeks

I have had it with Insurance companies like Discovery Life who promise you peace of mind but when it comes to making a payment they request every possible medical report, fill in questionnaires just for the claim to be referred to their legal department after 8 weeks!!! These assessors waste your time with endless empty promises and after you have provided them with their reports they tell you to wait for their legal department to get back to you wrt your claim. WHY NOT JUST REPUDIATE IT? I HAVE A LAWYER WHO IS JUST BURNING TO EXPOSE THEM!
And I am not just going to stop here... I am going to all social media and warn everyone to be wary and make sure you have legal counsel. DONT LET THESE COMPANIES GET AWAY WITH IT.
I have requested to contact the CEO but its refused. And I beg you to please come up with a more original response other than your usual computer automated reply and I will and mark my words continue to come on here endlessly until I have heard from your elusive CEO!

To the assesssors and the medical officer... I am not amused.
