Not reponse to e-mail compliant send-FNB Card

I have experienced serious problems with CCD courier services used by FNB re delivery of my wife's credit card. I have send a complaint by e-mail to FNB [Email Removed] 30 Jul 2013 followed up by resending it on 31 Jul 2013, 01 Aug 2013 and 05 Aug 2013-without receiving any reply of receipt. So much for FNB promise and I quote from FNB website:-When you write to us we undertake to: Acknowledge receipt of your letter or e-mail within 24 hours. Perhaps FNB is on a different planet as FNB's 24 hours has not passed yet. Alternatively FNB can once again blame it, being a system problem, the current and only answer given by FNB when problems are experienced. Lastly FNB management should seriously have a close look at the Hello Peter website-re complaints lodged against CCD Couriers. CCD is not a reputable couriers service and cannot render quality services. FNB should get rid of them immediately. CCD has given FNB a bad name.
