Close File Letter Please

Its been 25 days since I made the request to get my close file letter so that I can move on with my life. I do not know what to do anymore. This is very stressful. When this company called I settled them at once I never gave them problems but now they cant give me my paid up letter. This is very painful. Will I ever get my close file letter?
