Epairs taking too long

Can someone explain to me why the repairs are taking too long, the car was delivered DMAC for assessing on June 24 and its Aug 07 and my car is not back and it doesn't look like its going to be back any time soon. I live with disability and its very hard for me to travel to work with out a car and i also have to attend classes after work, everything is on hold now that 1st for women is not doing its job properly... I call this a very bad service and i will definitely think twice before recommending this insurance to my friends
