Incorrect debit orde

On the the 12-06-13 I called Through first for women and got through to Bruce very kind gentleman
and as usual I was requesting for a quote bearing in mind that I am NOT taking the policy.
As we proceeded and I got my quote he INSISTED on taking my banking details and I was surprised why as it was just a QUOTE. To my surprise the morning, the debit order went off my account and When I call First for women they can only process after 7 days which will be too long. I am rather very disappointed with Bruce I didn't he would such. He has made me doubt first for women credibility.
