I bought a repo property in 2010 via Udumo Agency which has been liquidated financed by Nedbank. to date am not yet occupied the house because the previous owner can't vacate the house.it went to court and the sheriff of the court took him out but went back with the support of community. to date am paying he is using electricity and water for free, i once approach nedbank to present my frustration that i find myself in but i was told that nedbank only finance me and i must talk to the Agency until it becomes liquidated but nothing happens.
