Outsurance
R400 Back on Car Quote

First I phone outsurance last month to get a quote on my Chev Aveo 2006. The Consultant Started of the Quote with around R1800 and brought it down with discounts to around R900. I currently pay around R600 at Dial-Direct.
When I asked about the R400 Cash back I was told to send in my Policy documents from Dial-Direct but was never contacted again. Today I phone in again to find out what happened and I was quoted around R2000 for that same cover. After Discounts was only able to bring it down to around R1800.
When I asked about the R400 cash back I was told because I am a current client this does not apply to me. (I took out Life insurance in the past month with them). This is totally unacceptable. Want to cancel my life Insurance as well and never use outsurance again.
