Submitted a claim, no response

I submitted a claim on the house insurance, a guy by the name of Zwelakhe had said he will get back to me with regards to the report that was submitted by the contracted constructor. It has been two weeks now since I called and still he hasnt bothered to contact me back. I'm not sure what am suppose to be taking from that.
