Direct transfe of funds not cleared

There is a cheque of R6000 sitting in my account which I have asked FNB in writng twice to remove - nothing has ben done.
Now when a direct transfer of funds to the amount of R2780 is put in my account, it is not cleared because of the cheque. These funds are a direct deposit from a company and has nothing to do with the cheque

Beware don't transfer money into FNB as they hld onto it.
