Just read forums all over, "4x4 Community forum" etc and you will see how unhappy US customers are with this stupid, stupid new Web setup. It is confusing and I am sure designed by a 1st year student.
PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD SETUP (yes I am shouting, I am ready to find another bank after 40 years)
Also now well over 60 but get no benefit for age "How can we help" speak to your customers.
By the way I also got the stock reply as above and NOTHING further.
My bank has gone down hill!!!
