FNB will not refund my guarantee deposit!

In a nutshell, a guarantee in the amount of R6 000.00 was held by Msunduzi Municipality in respect of an electricity deposit for my business. In December of 2011 the bulk supplier of power to 50 Durban Road Centre changed from Msunduzi LM to a private company Rural Maintenance. In January 2012 I picked up the original guarantee certificate from Barbara Sanderson at Msunduzi LM and duly presented it to FNB Hayfields to refund the R6 000.00 (the lady teller did not retain the original guarantee, which I retained). The original has since been handed to Rajiv Vallabh.

The full amount plus interest (R7 290.85) was credited to my account on 22 February 2012.

I do not have any guarantees lodged with your Hayfields branch as they have all been paid out to me. I am querying why the R425.00 was again deducted in October 2012 when the full amount of the guarantee was refunded to me in February 2012?
