Not worth complaining about such bad service

I came here to give feedback on a claim we recently put in via Santam and Integrisure and the slow terrible response we received.

Having read through the vast number of complaints about Santam, I have decided not to even bother. I will simply look for an alternative Insurance company. Sad after so many years of being with them (over 13 years)
