? contact the legal assistance department at 12.15 today to ask if someone in sales could contact a friend of mine whom I suggested take out a policy with Std Bank legal assistance pan. The rep on the other end was quite rude and asked me "What do I want!..". this is no way to treat existing customers and is a business risk. Stop putting unskilled or untrained staff in the front line! Let them pack shelves or make photo copies for pete sakes!
