Takes 2 Months and still do not live up to Advert

Submitted application forms in QTN branch beginning June for bond application it is now August and i have just been told that sorry we cannot match your ABSA interest rate but advert clearly state that they will take over the bonds from other banks, maybe adverts should be put to more tests and see if they are keeping up to there motto "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU "
