Very unpleasant experience - again!

During July I contacted Outsurance for a insurance quote for our small business (guesthouse) as well as personal insurance. I gave them my current policy schedule as well as my current claims history. I requested a quote comparable to my current insurance. They wanted a starting date for the policy and I clearly indicated I am in the process of getting more quotes from other insurance companies. I also indicated by e-mail (29/7) that I am still waiting for other responses and therefor cannot make up my mind by 1 August. To my amazement a premium was deducted on the 1 August despite my communication to the relevant people. I was also surprised to hear I cannot be refunded immediately as they need to follow a specific company procedure and should wait for my money!
I had similar unpleasant experiences in September 2010 (refer Dinky Wenhold - she luckily resolved the problem) and in April 2012 (refer Nhlanhla Sibeko) and now this one! What is happening there! Please provide me with answers!
