After sending several emails to Standard Bank about reversing cost (3 July) for letter that they sent me with regards to submitting a SAD 500 for payments I made to China, which I submitted a month ago already. They deducted an amount early July from my Business account for 3 letters sent and after several emails and phone calls informing them that they must reverse the costs, they deducted it again yesterday (31 July).

I am fed up with the poor service and going to move all my accounts to FNB asap.
