R400 run around

Surprise surprise, taking in the amount of complaints on HP re the R400 promo Outsurance is running, I am not in the least surprised that: I was given an invalid link, that I had to follow up and do the running around to sort this, then just to be told due to their terms and conditions I actually don't qualify for this promo due to some nonsense re fine print. My point is, Outsurance couldn't quote me less than my current insurer, so pay up, and pay me the R400. Why are people saying the links they receive are invalid? So many angry and frustrated consumers complaining on HP? I am not interested in a written apology below, like it has been done with hundreds of other persons who filed complaints, I just want to be paid as the promo came across, the CPA says that advertisers need to be CLEAR and the fine print must be readily visible, so that there is no confusion for the consumer. This is not so on the TV ad, even so, the amount of disgruntled people who are also being given the run around is ghastly. I am shocked Outsurance is not embarrassed by this. I will take this further. Clearly they continue to do this no matter the egg on their faces. It's sickening. Disgusting actually.
