Riana called me to offer additional funds on my revolving loan. I was not looking to add to my facility but you did the sale. I went to Rica at Rivonia branch as requested. This never appeared on the system. I then was requested to fax the docs to you, which I did. You then asked for my marriage certificate, which I sent twice, and I have not heard from you again.is it fun for you to approach professional people with offers, waste their precious time and then just leave them hanging.bad bad service. My kids accounts are now open at Capitec!
