I just sent an email informing them that my marital has been transformed from Single to Married and the premium automatically went a few rands down.

Well; if you haven't realized the value of a rand trying taking a taxi when you're a rand or few short, then you will definitely get back to me; if you would still be in good order by then, hahaha, if you know just what I mean.

I did not even make a call; just an email and it was set and done, now that's convenience.
