Taking very long to have my car fixed

I had an accident with my car, somebody drove into it @ the mall while it was parked this happened on the
20/07/2013, tried to contact them to no luck (maybe because it was w3eekend) finally got hold of them on monday 22/07/2013, they requested info which i sent to them by 24/07/2013, but up to this day 01/08/2013 nothing has been done, my car not collected for fixing, yet i pay my premiums montly, the y took their own time to send the assessor and i have to keep begging them to their job, every person i speak to says its not their fault, im leaving town on the 08/08/2013 and need my car i have informed them of this but no action still.
