Misleading, poor service

A few months ago I ask clientele to look at my credit report, because something was listed that's been written off.
Clientele never contacted me to keep me informed, I had to phone numerous times, and was told several times that the lawyer that was handling my case is no longer working for clientele and that they will forward my case to someone else.
Its been 3 mnths going for the 4th month and I haven't received any calls, sms or emails from clientele to inform me of any outcome of my case. I never thought I would receive this type of service. And this is exactly why I cancelled my previous lawyers, because I'm paying them for nothing now history repeats itself.
I can't waste my money on service like this. If I don't receive any reply within 24 hours ill have to cancel my membership. This is POOR SERVICE.
