Despite the response from African Bank, I remain extremely unhappy! As advised I applied for rescheduling in the 1st week of April and still haven't received any feedback! I applied for rescheduling because I have had serious critical changes to my life and no longer can afford the high installments as I am the sole breadwinner. Instead of assisting me with this, they are phoning me around the clock and harrassing me for payments which I cannot afford. I would've thought that their first reaction would be to assist with extending the loan term and thereby reducing the monthly installment! They are carrying on like I don't want to pay at all. I am so distressed it's unreal!!! I have a two year old daughter, I had no control over my fiancee being retrenched for crying out loud!!! I couldn't prevent it. I am not SUPER WOMAN - I feel very close the verge of a nervous breakdown!!! I approached them for assistance and instead they continue to drive nails into my coffin! I cannot take this anymore!
In terms of FICA, would it not be the first reaction of the Provider to allow easier payment arrangements, thereby ensuring payments are made?
