FNB's new online banking is an absolute nightmare. The previous one was simple to navigate but not this one. FNB should take heed of the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Why did they have to change it? I hope that after all the complaints against them, they will respond by not merely giving a complaint reference number, but by changing back to the old system.
