I have been communicating with Rafieka davids at Std Bank re a refund on my Home Bond. There has been some problems and my home loan access facility has been frozen because of a substitution I am busy with (from a cc into my personal name). This has dragged on for months and I need to access my funds with a matter of urgency. Rafieka went as far as she could and said if I was still not happy, then she would escalate the matter to the "resolution team ", which was done. A promise of between 5 to 8 working days was promised, and guess what? I had to phone them at Std only to be told that there is no such claim lodged... So What Now... Disgusted!!!
