Again FNB Santyger rips us off and steals 2 hours

Same complaint as previous, my wife had a FNB account. Not using it anymore went to close it today She is 6 months pregnant, had to wait almost 2 hours to get helped. Debit of 8 rand on account, cannot just settle it, had to pay R50 cash at teller since she now doesnt have an FNB account anymore. Cash handling fee R10, then the balance due to her can only be settled with a cheque, again R17 fee for cheque plus about R20 cheque handling fee. So here is the equation: Owe R8 in fees, pay R50, receive R3 back.??? Nice FNB, you again do not make me regret leaving you FOREVER!
