Still no feed back

Phoned ABSA this morning again, still can't tell me about my case where money was taken out of my account from a different city. Said they will phone back, but still no response. Where is my money ABSA and how did they manage to take it??? Can't trust my bank!!! How can cards be cloned or whatever happened??? Almost a R1000-00 of my money was taken a month ago and still no answers, but they don't mind me paying for a new card... I will not stop complaining until I know where my money went.
