MONEY TAKEN FROM MEDICAL PENSIONER'S ACCOUNT

I was medically boarded during 2008 and since 2009 I receive medical pension on the 23rd of each month. On Thursday 25 July 2013 Absa bank deducted R5000 from my cheque account without advising me so, therefore I can't pay any medical expenses, med aid, epilepsy medication ect. I am 6 months in arrears with my Absa revolving (was on debt review) but my medical aid doesn't cover all my med expenses. I phoned Charlotte Schutte at 011-2447842 at the collections div. She said she coud not help me. I then phoned Basani Hlongwane. THIS LADY IS RUDE!! She said she is the one who can help me to reverse the R5000, but she's not going to because I am in arrears. Not 1 of these people of Absa went into the history of my account (I asked them) to see what the circumstances were why I was in arrears. I am willing to pay R1000 a month on this account. This is more than I can afford. Some months I have up to R5000 extra medical expenses (Neurologist, blood counts, MRI, EEG) which I have to pay cash. I am not married and have to sort this out on my own. Absa said I did not try to make arrangements for payments although I sent several e-mails to Absa. Do they care about peolpe's health???
