1 Year later... and I still have the SAME problem

I laid OFFICIAL complaints with Nedbank Head Office over a year ago... for various reasons; cheques not being captured with special clearance due to teller issues, resulting my cheques going unpaid and leaving my company looking like a mickey mouse organisation. Not accepting cheque deposits due to a 'cc' after the company name, even though it had been accepted previously. The banking profile required two signatures even though we had been in on 4 separate occasions to change it.

Well today, I went into the branch to change the cell number linked to my profile... and GUESS WHAT... according to Nedbank we STILL require two signatures to make ANY changes to the profile!!! And this was after speaking to the EXACT same consultant that assisted us with the paperwork last June.

I have had it, I fail to understand how a banking institution with such bad service can have this many clientele. This is my public service: warning people of the terrible service and absolute disregard for me and my company. Wishing Nedbank luck in their future endeavors to hold on to their clientele. Because with service like this your corporation will definitely need it.
