My mother died 8 years ago still waiting

Good day Hello Peter it saddens me to write this but I really have to as I've been struggling to get help for the past eight years my mother died on 2005 and w had to claim money from her employers and we did the trust that have the money are not helping us, we submitted al the document they required don't know how many time, been taken to 1 consultant to another no1 is willing to help the last 1 told us we must send our id nos and bank statements last month and we will get the pay out even now when we call no1 seem to help we really need the money as my younger brother and sister not working and that little money will help tham
